Rashik Hasnat // Engineering lead

MAKE
COMPLEX
WORK.

I lead engineering teams through complex challenges, turning ambiguity into clear decisions and dependable products. I use AI and automation to make more room for the hard thinking.

01 // How I work

Hard problems need more than good code.

I connect technical judgment with team ownership and fast feedback, especially when the path forward is not obvious.

01

Find the real problem

Breaking down ambiguity, testing assumptions, and turning competing constraints into clear engineering choices.

02

Lead through change

Aligning developers and QA around priorities, sharing ownership, and keeping delivery moving through challenges. See my journey ↗

03

Put AI to work

Using coding agents and automation to shorten feedback loops, explore options, and focus human attention on the hard calls. Read my writing ↗

Multi-tenant business applications

Untangling identity, tenant boundaries, and data design so multiple organizations can depend on one platform.

.NET · EF Core · Azure

Integrations & asynchronous workflows

Making asynchronous workflows visible and recoverable when services, messages, or dependencies fail.

Service Bus · Functions
End-to-end delivery

Interfaces that make complex work clearer

Bringing backend, frontend, and product decisions together so complex workflows feel straightforward to the people using them.

03 // Player profile

Curiosity is part of the job.

I'm Rashik Hasnat, a Staff Software Engineer at Cefalo Bangladesh Limited in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where I lead engineering teams. I've been building software professionally since 2016, working with Norwegian clients and distributed teams on cloud systems, backend architecture, and engineering leadership. I guide teams through complex product challenges, applying practical AI to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.

Outside work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and exploring new places. I care about sound technical choices, clear communication, and giving engineers room to do their best work.
